Waiting to go

I’m sitting here wasting time
Not sure why or what I’m doing
Its warm outside so very nice the sky is blue today
It is so cold inside this place
Gust of cold air causing us all to freeze just a bit to remind us of
the coming winter perhaps, so cold why so cold when outside is so warm
I want to go outside to chase after the birds but I’m here waiting
Waiting to go
Horns blaring in the distance, tree branches swaying in the wind
A few poofy clouds hanging in the sky other than that blue skies
Its so beautiful outside we don’t often get these kinds of days here
My colleague sneezes the cold air again
We’re all here just sitting, working, waiting to go

Ecto3 Alpha

If you use Ecto to do your blogging then you might be interested to know that there is an Ecto 3 Alpha version out. Not Beta so you have to be careful but from what I’ve tested so far no problems. I’m really liking the new interface, it seems more Mac-like to me than the previous version. To see what all the new features are you can check out the announcement. Again, I really like what they have done to the interface and plopping images in your blog is a whole lot easier. Can’t wait to get my hands on the end product. I think this version is easier to use overall. You can import photos as well as movies into your blog via new media browser very nifty.

Updating to iWeb 2

If you happen to be one of those special someone that got your hot hands on the new iLife 08 suite and you use any of the special iWeb templates from 11-mystics you might want to give this a read as it may save you some time and headaches. Suzanne and her coding buddies extraordinaire are working over-time to get the templates ported to the new version so have some patience and keep checking the site for updates. I for one can’t wait until they are finished since she has some really nice looking templates that I would like to use for a couple of sites I have in mind.
