About This Blog: This blog is a mishmash of anything from work, special days, poetry, and my favorite topic; technology…namely of the Mac variety. After taking a break from the Mac (during the dark days) I switched back 2 years ago. It was about time… I got tired of reformatting the hard drive on my ole Dell every few months. Anyway, its been a fun ride and I’ve found so many useful and free or cheap software which I’ve posted here from time to time. My productivity at home has increased since the day I went out and brought the little PPC Mac Mini. I’m still using the Mini and updated the OS to Leopard a few days after Leopard was released. The upgrade hasn’t been that bad so far in fact, I’ve noticed a bit of a speed bump. One of these days when I’m not so broke I’ll treat myself to one of the latest and greatest MacBooks but until then I’m milking this little Mini for all its worth (its only 2 years old anyway)

Favorite Music: I like all kinds of music (except for Jazz) as long as it is clean and not too loud. I do tend to have a weak spot for celtic and indian music.
